Carrie is the Executive Director of the Northside Northshore Chamber of Commerce, bringing extensive experience in education, government, workforce development, and marketing. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Psychology and Education, Carrie has built a career focused on collaboration and community impact.

Her past roles include Business Community Liaison for Pittsburgh Job Corps, where she cultivated strong partnerships with workforce organizations and chambers, and Director of Events and Programs for the 900-member Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber, where she expanded key initiatives. As President of Heidelberg Borough and a 2014 Local Government Academy graduate, she worked closely with leaders at all levels to address community needs.

Carrie brings energy and enthusiasm to her role, ready to strengthen the Northside business community by fostering connections and advancing impactful programs. She resides in Heidelberg Borough with her husband, Frank.
