Dr. Epps is a visionary leader and Executive Director with a passion for driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and promoting inclusive practices. Currently leading Write Pittsburgh, Amber focuses on creating accessible, impactful programming that aligns with community needs while cultivating strategic partnerships and securing funding through grant writing and campaigns. 

With extensive experience in education, nonprofit management, and workforce development, Amber has held leadership roles at Protohaven, Omicelo Cares, and Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation, where she implemented transformative programs, increased diversity, and strengthened community impact. A champion of lifelong learning, Amber also serves as an adjunct professor and has designed curricula that inspire future leaders. She is deeply committed to changing the narrative for communities and organizations through strategic planning, empowerment, and collaboration.
